Computer Connection will respond to technical service issues within 4 hours guaranteed. Typical turnaround is 1-2 hours. We guaranteed to have your computers and network up and running within 48 hours. Computer Connection places a 48 hour time frame in the event parts or replacements are needed
Reduced Rates for technical Service when purchasing a block of time from Computer Connection. Time blocks start at 25, 50, 100, 200 and 500 hours increments.

Non-Expiring Contract is one of the biggest advantages of Time Block from Computer Connection. opposed to Service Contracts that annualize Computer Connections Technical Service Blocks do not expire. Unused time can be rolled from month to month or year-to-year if needed.

Account Review& Invoicing – Time block customers get a copy of the work order and an invoice at zero amount. We detail the amount of time used and your current balance. At any time you can contact us for your current balance.
