Computer Connection is dedicated to eliminating your concerns about your computer products. From live telephone support to on-site service, ComputerCare^® meets the varied needs of both beginning and sophisticated users. Whether you need assistance setting up a PC or support for your corporate network, ComputerCare^® is customized to provide the right service for the life of your system.

Graduated service contract plans are available, depending on your needs. With a prepaid service plan from Computer Connection, you can protect yourself from price increases for the term of the service option, work with a single contact for all of your service needs, and eliminate the need for monthly billing.

On Site Service

• Computer Connection technicians will come to your office to get your data systems back in action. Our staff is available between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (normal business hours), except during legal holidays.

Quick Response Time

• Our immediate response plan protects your business from costly down time. We will respond to all service requests within 4 hours and complete repairs within 48 hours (2 business days).

Parts and Labor Included

• Computer Connection will furnish all parts necessary to repair yor equipment. Parts or equipment obtained from vendors other the Computer Connection will not be covered under the plan, and expendables such as printer ribbons and toner, magnetic media, or LED's are not covered.

Loaner Equipment

• While any covered equipment is being repaired, Computer Connection will provide a substitute to you. Loaner equipment will be made available within 48 hours of your formal service request, and every effort will be made to offer equipment that is compatible with your existing intrastructure. After repairs are completed, all loaned equipment will be returned to Computer Connection in its original condition.

Preventative Maintenance

• In addition to our other ComputerCare^® services, Computer Connection performs regular preventative maintenance on covered equipment. We strive to minimize repair time, and preventative maintenance ensures the best performance for the life of your equipment. There is no additional charge for supplies, travel, or labor involved in this periodic service
