Computer Connection is the Southeast region's largest full-service PC dealer, offering a full line of name brand PCs and peripherals, bar code and scanning devices, as well as comprehensive service and support, networking, cabling, consulting, and outsourcing. It is an operating company of Taylor & O'Dell, Inc., which was incorporated in 1992 when its founders recognized a need in the industry for a business dedicated to after-the-sale service and technical support. To support today's business demands with real-world service levels, a "total system availability" approach is required. Computer Connection's philosophy is based on this approach, and we remain committed to focusing primarily on technical service and support.

Computer Connection's emphasis is on superior client service and technical expertise.  Our people are vibrant professionals who love what they do for a living and share a common commitment to excellence.  We put our clients first by gaining a complete understanding of their situation and individual requirements.  We analyze the situation, then we do everything we can to make the process easy, whether it involves simply getting new hardware delivered on time, or designing and installing a complex cabling system.

The principals of Computer Connection have worked in the industry since the first PCs were introduced.  Sam Taylor's background includes serving as Southeast Sales Manager for Pomeroy Computer Resources, Southeast Marketing Director for Computerland Corporation, and Customer Service Manager for Caber Systems. 

Sam currently is the Servant Leader for Evangelism and Marketing for First Christian Church. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Comprehensive Community Services and Fairview Housing. He has formerly served as Vice President for Girls Incorpated and has served on the Board of Directors for Coalition for Kids.

Shawn O'Dell served as Apple Marketing Director for Caber Systems and Team Project Leader for Fortune 100 accounts for Pomeroy Computer Resources.

Shawn currently serves on the Board of Directors for Girls Incorprated and ETSU College of Business. Shawn has formerly served on the Wesley Foundation at ETSU.
